Spaces.

The most important thing for a girl to have is her shit together. And one of the signs of having it together is living in a nice flat, that you’ve made your home (even if it’s 90% IKEA).

I’ve been shooting for Im Gegenteil for a few months now, and to be honest, I mostly do it for the apartment inspiration. I’m super curious about the spaces people live in – and the details they surround themselves with, and especially – how people interact with the space they’ve designed for themselves. So after a glass of prosecco in this lovely bright apartment on a Sunday morning with charming Stella who looks a bit like Meryl Streep (read full interview here ), I decided to move my furniture around. And put a desk against my window. And maybe spill some red wine on one of my perfectly white walls to have an excuse to scrub the paint off and get to the uneven grayish color of the actual wall.
